Glynn Hastie vs John Strom

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Dan Hilson Gym, Rockford,  taking place on 03/09/2025:

Clearly AI USA-Illinois have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Illinois Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Glynn Hastie (3 - 13 - 4) who hails from Chicago, USA and John Strom(11 - 5 - 4) from Chicago, USA.  Both Hastie and Strom weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jordan Protheroe, and the three ringside judges are Rex McNiven, Matt Preddy and Alen Valentine.  

Round 1: 

Strom hits home with a right hook.  Strom attempts to land a left hook, but Hastie parries the shot and counters with a cross.
