Sergey Kaplan vs Alek Gheeraerds

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at Royal Albert Hall, London,  taking place on 14/11/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the European Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Channel 5, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are The Stationer Sergey Kaplan (20(13) - 1) who hails from Ufa, Russia and Alek Gheeraerds(13(1) - 5(3) - 1) from Amsterdam, Netherlands.  Kaplan weighed in at 108 pounds, while Gheeraerds weighed in at 107 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Oscar Madden, and the three ringside judges are Robert Hill, Paul Lennon and Matthew Flint.
