Brin Lawther vs Clint Porter

Boxing Daily Report from the TFI promoted show at Shreyas Gym, Boston,  taking place on 26/09/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Brin Lawther (3 - 0) who hails from Baton Rouge, USA and Clint Porter(1 - 1 - 2) from Provo, USA.  Both Lawther and Porter weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kyle Ormiston, and the three ringside judges are Bart McWethy, Hassan Quadri and Hugh Hier.  

Round 1: 

Lawther pivots to the side of his opponent.  Porter hits home with a cross.  
Lawther is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab.  
Lawther switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Porter blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Lawther lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Lawther tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Lawther is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab.  
Porter closes the distance.  Lawther lands a right hook, left hook and a left uppercut to his opponents head.

Porter advances into close range and attempts to land a left hook, but Lawther dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Lawther pivots to the side of his opponent.  Porter hits home with a left hook.  
Lawther is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Porter closes the distance.  Lawther lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Porter gets on the inside.  Lawther pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a left uppercut.  
Lawther steps away from his opponent and lands a cross, jab and an overhand right to his opponents head.

Lawther stands off with low guard waiting for his opponent to launch an attack.  Porter throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Lawther tries to step out of his opponents range.  Porter sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Lawther finds the target with a jab.
