Boxing Daily Report from the TFI promoted show at Kingston Sellar, Kingston,  taking place on 27/09/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Davie Thain (2 - 0) who hails from New Kingston, Jamaica and Rio Villafuerte(1 - 3) from Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.  Thain weighed in at 114 pounds And 10 ounces, while Villafuerte weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Neil Harp, and the three ringside judges are Davie Taylor, Rob Tedford and Harvey Dennie.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Thain has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
