Audric Giroud vs Jonathan Gibson

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-British Columbia promoted show at Surrey Erving, Surrey,  taking place on 16/10/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-British Columbia Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Audric Giroud (4 - 1 - 4) who hails from Burnaby, Canada and Jonathan Gibson(2 - 12 - 6) from Surrey, Canada.  Both Giroud and Gibson weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Clelland, and the three ringside judges are Jacob Peairs, Zachary Kenna and Noah Tedford.  

Round 1: 

Gibson is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross.  
Giroud hits home with a right hook.  
Giroud gets on the inside.  Gibson quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Giroud is on target with a right hook to his opponents body.  
Giroud closes the distance and is on target with a right hook to Gibson's ribs.
