Rodrigo Belmontes vs Quico Sia

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Chile-Valparaiso promoted show at Valparaiso Inocencio, Valparaiso,  taking place on 16/10/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Chile-Valparaiso Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UCV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rodrigo Belmontes (16 - 1) who hails from Viba del Mar, Chile and Quico Sia(7 - 1) from Viba del Mar, Chile.  Belmontes weighed in at 134 pounds and 13 ounces, while Sia weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pablo Cruz, and the three ringside judges are Tajo Coronel, Cuba Mojica and Diego Almas.
