Sancho Marrero vs Saturnin Ascencio

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Bolivar promoted show at Kanja Gym, Cartagena,  taking place on 16/10/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Colombia-Bolivar Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sancho Marrero (12(1) - 0) who hails from Cartagena, Colombia and Saturnin Ascencio(10 - 3 - 1) from Cartagena, Colombia.  Both Marrero and Ascencio weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Manuel Montez, and the three ringside judges are Ora Jarquin, Ramirez Palomar and Neper Eusebio.
