Max Leyes vs Jay Glendening

Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Boardwalk Hall, Atlantic City,  taking place on 08/11/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on DAZN, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Max Leyes (20(13) - 2(2)) who hails from Joliet, USA and Jay Glendening(13(2) - 0) from Boise, USA.  Both Leyes and Glendening weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ian Leaper, and the three ringside judges are Ewan McLoughlin, Sid Kellison and Hayden Giunti.  

Round 1:
