Isidro Magallanez vs Nicandro Alcazar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Costa Rica-San Jose promoted show at Gimnasio Fight Club, San Jose,  taking place on 17/10/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Costa Rica Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Repretel Channel 11, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Isidro Magallanez (4 - 1) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Nicandro Alcazar(7 - 2 - 3) from San Jose, Costa Rica.  Both Magallanez and Alcazar weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Pancho Marroquin, and the three ringside judges are Diego Giraldo, Loredo Mesquita and Rodrigo Fanta.  

Round 1: 

Magallanez gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.
