Kerr Bendix vs Wray Joens

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Denmark-Region Midtjylland promoted show at Thorin Bernsen Gym, Aarhus,  taking place on 17/10/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Denmark-Region Midtjylland Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kerr Bendix (13 - 2) who hails from Aarhus, Denmark and Wray Joens(5 - 11 - 6) from Aarhus, Denmark.  Both Bendix and Joens weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Canute Bolding, and the three ringside judges are Dag Jorgensen, Frey Dal and Carolus Helgesen.  

Round 1: 

Bendix pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Bendix steps inside.  Bendix pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  
Joens tries to land a right hook, but Bendix slips the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Bendix sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Bendix forces Joens to retreat into the corner.  Bendix hits home with a left hook.
