Haaris Assaf vs Kashif Rassul

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Egypt-Alexandria promoted show at Alexandria Mahdavi, Alexandria,  taking place on 19/10/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Modern Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Haaris Assaf (8 - 11 - 2) who hails from Cairo, Egypt and Kashif Rassul(16(1) - 1) from Alexandria, Egypt.  Both Assaf and Rassul weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Irfan Ebrahim, and the three ringside judges are Yasin Abdel-Shafy, Yasin Eldegheidy and Saad Nadift.  

Round 1: 

Rassul gets on the inside and connects with a solid right uppercut.
