Kendis Acheampong vs Colin Acquah

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Northern Ghana promoted show at Tamale Acquaah, Tamale,  taking place on 20/10/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kendis Acheampong (11 - 6 - 2) who hails from Tamale, Ghana and Colin Acquah(9 - 8(1) - 2) from Tamale, Ghana.  Both Acheampong and Acquah weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nabulung Akamenya, and the three ringside judges are Robert Eck, John Anyidoho and Makalo Donkor.
