Mick Baah vs Brad Akrofi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Western Ghana promoted show at Mel Dubango Gym, Takoradi,  taking place on 20/10/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ghana Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mick Baah (6(1) - 0 - 1) who hails from Kumasi, Ghana and Brad Akrofi(6 - 0 - 1) from Takoradi, Ghana.  Both Baah and Akrofi weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Makalo Antwi, and the three ringside judges are Ibeamaka Akamba, Wayne Bimi and Richard Ofosu-Ayeh.  

Round 1: 

Baah advances into close range and throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
