Dave Muthwii vs Tamarius Maiyani

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Mombasa promoted show at Mombasa Bosibori, Mombasa,  taking place on 23/09/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Mombasa Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Muthwii (10 - 5 - 2) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and Tamarius Maiyani(9 - 3 - 4) from Mombasa, Kenya.  Muthwii weighed in at 135 pounds, while Maiyani weighed in at 134 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Perlo, and the three ringside judges are Jay Matiku, Michael Bwakali and Sam Yiampoy.
