Vanni Serantoni vs Marco Papapietro

Boxing Daily Report from the Akuffo Promotions promoted show at Modena Grimaldi, Modena,  taking place on 22/10/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Italy-Emilia-Romagna Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport Italia, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vanni Serantoni (13(2) - 2) who hails from Modena, Italy and Marco Papapietro(13 - 1 - 1) from Bologna, Italy.  Serantoni weighed in at 117 pounds and 11 ounces, while Papapietro weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Primo Lusco, and the three ringside judges are Tito Valdifiori, Dino Falcone and Gianmarco De Bacco.
