Daniel Shanklin vs Chris Cato

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Arizona promoted show at Madison Event Center, Phoenix,  taking place on 24/10/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the USA-SouthWest Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Daniel Shanklin (14 - 5 - 1) who hails from Tucson, USA and Chris Cato(11 - 9 - 5) from Austin, USA.  Shanklin weighed in at 125 pounds and 13 ounces, while Cato weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Richie Rezin, and the three ringside judges are Duncan Spence, Scott Ingram and Dave Brodrick.
