Ellis Boyack vs Tapu Peka

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Auckland promoted show at North Shore Creamer, North Shore,  taking place on 26/09/2025:

Clearly AI New Zealand-Auckland have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ellis Boyack (2 - 4 - 4) who hails from Manukau, New Zealand and Tapu Peka(5 - 2) from Manukau, New Zealand.  Both Boyack and Peka weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Justin Patariki, and the three ringside judges are Mark Vaux, Colin Lawder and Chris Booth.  

Round 1: 

Peka is looking to close the distance and forces Boyack to back into the corner.  Peka pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right uppercut to his opponents head.
