Tyrell Awal vs Wayne Akuetteh

Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Prison Canteen, Accra,  taking place on 13/10/2025:

Clearly African Fusion have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Tyrell Awal (10 - 0) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Wayne Akuetteh(7 - 11(1) - 2) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Awal weighed in at 108 pounds, while Akuetteh weighed in at 107 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Joe Kessels, and the three ringside judges are Gregor Bedwei, John Akafia and Michael Amodako.  

Round 1:
