Rodney Stiegler vs Frantz Geissinger

Boxing Daily Report from the Jacob Howes promoted show at Jacob Gym, Munich,  taking place on 12/10/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Rodney Stiegler (2 - 0) who hails from Essen, Germany and Frantz Geissinger(0 - 5 - 4) from Munich, Germany.  Both Stiegler and Geissinger weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Reamonn Dade, and the three ringside judges are Manfried Kubach, Archimbald Marzen and Dietz Pilling.  

Round 1: 

Geissinger closes the distance.  Stiegler pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Stiegler lands a left hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Stiegler lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Stiegler lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Stiegler quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Stiegler throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Geissinger is looking to close the distance.  Stiegler digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  Stiegler wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Geissinger dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Stiegler pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a sharp jab.  
Geissinger closes the distance.  Stiegler lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.

Stiegler gets on the inside.  Stiegler voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Geissinger steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.
