Leo Zeghers vs Cesar Tsoen

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Netherlands-North Brabant promoted show at Breda Van Cotheem, Breda,  taking place on 27/10/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Netherlands-North Brabant Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leo Zeghers (18 - 2 - 2) who hails from Breda, Netherlands and Cesar Tsoen(9 - 1) from Breda, Netherlands.  Both Zeghers and Tsoen weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Achiel Mingeroedt, and the three ringside judges are Viktor Caervoet, Geert Chuus and Maxime Andries.
