Rogelio Covarrubias vs Cipriano Serrato

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Paraguay-Asuncion promoted show at Asuncion Cordoba, Asuncion,  taking place on 29/10/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Paraguay-Asuncion Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rogelio Covarrubias (10 - 6 - 2) who hails from Asuncion, Paraguay and Cipriano Serrato(11(2) - 0 - 1(NC)) from Asuncion, Paraguay.  Covarrubias weighed in at 107 pounds and 4 ounces, while Serrato weighed in at 107 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ricardo Rita, and the three ringside judges are Montana Mota, Diego Baez and Desiderio Rubio.
