Boxing Daily Report from the Hacopyan Promotions promoted show at Kampala Malek, Kampala,  taking place on 02/10/2025:

Clearly Hacopyan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Uganda-Kampala District Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chris Kutesa (10(1) - 0) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Naeem Sekajja(8(1) - 2(1) - 3) from Kampala, Uganda.  Kutesa weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces, while Sekajja weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jay Mwesige, and the three ringside judges are John Wabwiremangen, Robert Ngologoza and Zachary Akiibua.
