Boxing Daily Report from the Douna Promotions promoted show at Jeddah Issa, Jeddah,  taking place on 31/10/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Saudi Arabia Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KSA Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aftab Abdou (13(1) - 2) who hails from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Waqar Ackery(15 - 3 - 4) from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  Abdou weighed in at 247 pounds And 3 ounces, while Ackery weighed in at 256 pounds And 2 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Azam Abdallah, and the three ringside judges are Sajid Alnaqbi, Zafa Pour and Mohsin Abaza.
