Sergei Iskacoff vs Khankishi Sarsenov

Boxing Daily Report from the Bariagher Promotions promoted show at Almaty Ghangirov, Almaty,  taking place on 01/11/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Sergei Iskacoff (2(1) - 0 - 1) who hails from Karagandy, Kazakhstan and Khankishi Sarsenov(2 - 3) from Almaty, Kazakhstan.  Both Iskacoff and Sarsenov weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Melor Ghaksybek, and the three ringside judges are Malik Iskakoff, Waqas Mazhitoff and Haider Tleuli.  

Round 1: 

Sarsenov gets on the inside.  Iskacoff pivots to the side of his opponent and hits home with a left uppercut.

Iskacoff pivots to the side of his opponent.  Iskacoff is on target with a firm right hook to Sarsenov's body.  Iskacoff ties up his opponent.  Iskacoff leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.
