Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Coliseo Eduardo Dibos Dammert, Lima,  taking place on 08/11/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Selestino Vera (8(5) - 1) who hails from Huacho, Peru and Juan Borgo(12(1) - 5(1) - 3) from Panama City, Panama.  Both Vera and Borgo weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Saturnin Caraballo, and the three ringside judges are Diego Lara, Agapetus Mejia and Rafael Roque.  

Round 1: 

Borgo sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Borgo throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a nasty right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE BORGO WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Borgo recovers before his opponent can take advantage.
