Havel Zahradka vs Silvestro Rusco

Boxing Daily Report from the JDHawks Gym promoted show at Oslo Kristensen, Oslo,  taking place on 24/10/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Havel Zahradka (3 - 0 - 1) who hails from Bratislava, Slovakia and Silvestro Rusco(11 - 8 - 1) from Turin, Italy.  Both Zahradka and Rusco weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dana Larsen, and the three ringside judges are Ragnar Mehle, Sigurd Kolstad and Njord Hetland.  

Round 1: 

Zahradka switches the action to the outside and tries to land an overhand right, but Rusco sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Zahradka lands a stinging jab.  
Rusco gets on the inside.  Zahradka is on target with a stinging right hook to Rusco's body.  
Zahradka tries to keep the action at long range and lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Rusco gets on the inside.  Zahradka hits home with a left hook.  Zahradka holds on to his opponent.  Zahradka hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee warns Zahradka and breaks the clinch.  
Zahradka digs in a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Rusco throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Zahradka tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a stinging jab.

Rusco closes the distance.  Zahradka throws a left uppercut, but his opponent avoids the punch with a sidestep.  Zahradka clinches his opponent.  Zahradka is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Rusco throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Zahradka steps to the outside and is on target with a ramrod jab.  
Rusco steps inside and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  As Rusco tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Zahradka dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Zahradka lands a straight 1 - 2.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Zahradka's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Rusco's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

Rusco advances into close range.  Zahradka lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Zahradka feints a cross, and then is on target with a right hook to Rusco's ribs.

Zahradka feints a cross, and then lands an overhand right to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Rusco is looking to close the distance.  Rusco sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a left hook.

Rusco walks his opponent into a corner.  You can sense Rusco is getting frustrated in there.   He swings an uppercut into his opponents groin! The ref ignores Zahradka's protests and signals for the action to continue!

You can sense Rusco is getting frustrated in there.   He throws a low uppercut...that landed south of the border! The ref halts the action and sends Zahradka to the neutral corner.    He warns Rusco that he is heading for a point deduction.
