Joey Nay vs Lucas Verwoerd

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at Elma Roane Fieldhouse, Memphis,  taking place on 22/11/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joey Nay (11 - 5 - 3) who hails from Little Rock, USA and Lucas Verwoerd(13 - 5(1) - 1) from Khayelitsha, South Africa.  Both Nay and Verwoerd weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Clint Blagg, and the three ringside judges are Paul Loudon, Robert Davidson and Billy Dey.
