John Argyle vs Soner Sarigul

Boxing Daily Report from the Gore Promotions promoted show at Elma Roane Fieldhouse, Memphis,  taking place on 22/11/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Argyle (13 - 3 - 2) who hails from Dallas, USA and Soner Sarigul(15(10) - 2) from Izmir, Turkey.  Both Argyle and Sarigul weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Paul Loudon, and the three ringside judges are Robert Davidson, Clint Blagg and Billy Dey.  

Round 1: 

Argyle connects with a cross.  
Sarigul closes the distance.  Argyle is on target with a right hook.  Sarigul ties up his opponent.  Sarigul pushes his forearm into Argyle's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.
