Boxing Daily Report from the AI Belgium-Flanders promoted show at Ghent Wittebroodt, Ghent,  taking place on 15/10/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Belgium-Flanders Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sport10, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Warre Wijmeersch (6 - 12(1) - 1) who hails from Antwerp, Belgium and Merck Van de Steene(6 - 9 - 5) from Antwerp, Belgium.  Both Wijmeersch and Van de Steene weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Theys Danckant, and the three ringside judges are Laurent Janssens, Lexis Camerman and Justus Van de Zande.
