Alec Bratton vs John Entrikin

Boxing Daily Report from the Ace Boxing promoted show at Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff,  taking place on 03/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alec Bratton (4 - 7 - 4) who hails from Coventry, UK and John Entrikin(12(1) - 2) from Bradford, UK.  Bratton weighed in at 159 pounds and 12 ounces, while Entrikin weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Edwyn Brodie, and the three ringside judges are Dale Carrick, Mark MacNevin and Terry Lyons.
