Louis Carns vs Matt Toller

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at Big Gym, London,  taking place on 12/11/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Fighting Louis Carns (6(3) - 0) who hails from Bristol, UK and Matt Toller(0 - 0 - 1) from Blackburn, UK.  Both Carns and Toller weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brin Wyburn, and the three ringside judges are Zach Underwood, Marcus McCallen and Darryl Jones.  

Round 1: 

Carns closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Carns steps inside and manages to force Toller into a corner.  Carns lands a left uppercut to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  Carns ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Carns pushes his forearm into Toller's face.  The ref breaks Carns's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Carns lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  Carns clinches his opponent.  Carns is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Carns to stop fouling.  
Toller throws a left hook, but Carns clinches his opponent.  Carns leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Carns's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Toller sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Carns lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Carns hits home with a left uppercut.  
Carns lands a right hook.  
Carns drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Carns digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  Carns holds on to his opponent.  Carns leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks Carns's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Carns lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Carns sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Toller throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Carns's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Toller tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Toller is looking to keep the action on the outside and tries to land a jab, but Carns slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Carns is looking to close the distance.  Carns quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a solid left hook.  
Carns sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Carns lands a right uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Toller's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Toller's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Carns gets on the inside.  Toller throws a right hook, but Carns holds on to his opponent.  Carns is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Carns to stop fouling.  
Carns walks his opponent into a corner.  Carns lands a left uppercut, right uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body.  
Carns lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the body.  
Carns digs in a left uppercut to Toller's ribs.  Carns holds on to his opponent.  Carns is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Carns to stop fouling.  
Carns gets on the inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Toller steps away from his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Carns advances into close range and walks Toller onto the ropes.  Carns is on target with a right hook.  
Carns lands three consecutive left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Toller tries to step out of his opponents range and attempts to land an overhand left, but Carns sidesteps and counters with a stinging left uppercut.  
Carns is looking to close the distance and digs in a firm left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Carns lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Carns ties up his opponent.  Carns is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Carns walks Toller into the corner.  Carns quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a solid left uppercut into Toller's ribs.  
Carns drives a right hook into his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Toller's trainer is telling his fighter to tighten his defence.

He continues the combination and lands a left uppercut, right hook and a right uppercut to his opponents body.  Toller now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
