Montel Ceniceros vs Gig Medrano

Boxing Daily Report from the Ruzgeryan Promotions promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Montesino, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 17/10/2025:

Clearly Ruzgeryan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montel Ceniceros (10 - 8 - 1) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Gig Medrano(8 - 5 - 1) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Ceniceros weighed in at 107 pounds And 7 ounces, while Medrano weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Enzo Montes, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Bacallao, Ryo Oquendo and Isidro Rubio.
