Chen Lowe vs Wu-pen Kuo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Liaoning promoted show at Shenyang Chiang, Shenyang,  taking place on 13/11/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the China-Liaoning Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chen Lowe (9 - 2 - 2) who hails from Shenyang, China and Wu-pen Kuo(6 - 0) from Shenyang, China.  Lowe weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces, while Kuo weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Uang Huat, and the three ringside judges are Kong Kane, Kong Ip and An Ju.  

Round 1: 

Kuo advances into close range and is on target with a stinging right uppercut.
