Arran Murphy vs Michael McCrory

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Kieran Smolak Gym, Joliet,  taking place on 18/10/2025:

Clearly AI USA-Illinois have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Illinois Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Arran Murphy (4 - 4 - 1) who hails from Chicago, USA and Michael McCrory(4 - 3 - 2) from Chicago, USA.  Murphy weighed in at 112 pounds, while McCrory weighed in at 111 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Matt Preddy, and the three ringside judges are Chris Gittins, David Ridall and Jordan Protheroe.  

Round 1: 

Murphy feints a jab, but McCrory does not fall for it and responds with a right uppercut.
