Mooses Halonen vs Viljo Ijas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Finland-Uusimaa promoted show at Espoo Ipatti, Espoo,  taking place on 19/10/2025:

Clearly AI Finland-Uusimaa have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Finland-Uusimaa Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mooses Halonen (9 - 8 - 1) who hails from Helsinki, Finland and Viljo Ijas(5 - 7 - 5) from Helsinki, Finland.  Halonen weighed in at 199 pounds and 13 ounces, while Ijas weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leevi Erola, and the three ringside judges are Joonas Kivikoski, Gideon Laitinen and Valtteri Laitila.  

Round 1: 

Ijas switches the action to the outside and tries to land a cross, but Halonen parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut to his opponents liver.

Ijas feints a left hook, but Halonen ignores the feint and responds with a left hook.
