Spencer Buie vs John Moffitt

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Edwards Hall, Miami,  taking place on 07/11/2025:

Clearly Gold Coast Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Spencer Buie (2 - 0) who hails from Albuquerque, USA and John Moffitt(1 - 1 - 4) from Nashville, USA.  Buie weighed in at 129 pounds and 15 ounces, while Moffitt weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fraser Vail, and the three ringside judges are Vince Wood, Rob Quigg and Elliot Balderas.  

Round 1: 

Buie closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Buie leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Moffitt accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Buie.

Moffitt pivots to the side of his opponent.  Moffitt tries to land a jab, but Buie dodges the shot and counters with a right hook to his opponents ribs.  
Buie gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Buie throws a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a left uppercut to Buie's body.  
Buie digs in a left hook to Moffitt's body.  
Moffitt sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Buie lands a left hook.  
Moffitt steps away from his opponent.  Buie lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Buie gets on the inside.  Moffitt pivots to the right of his opponent.  Buie hits home with a right hook.  
Buie closes the distance.  Moffitt quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Buie lands a right hook.  
Buie steps inside.  Moffitt pivots to the right of his opponent.  Buie lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Buie lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.
