Gianmarco Amoruso vs Luigino Valdifiori

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Italy-Sicily promoted show at Catania Gamba, Catania,  taking place on 22/10/2025:

Clearly AI Italy-Sicily have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Italy-Sicily Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Gianmarco Amoruso (15 - 2 - 4) who hails from Messina, Italy and Luigino Valdifiori(8 - 7 - 7) from Messina, Italy.  Amoruso weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Valdifiori weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cristiano Borrelli, and the three ringside judges are Leonardo Bartolini, Rodolfo Candreva and Fabrizio Valdifiori.
