Shaquille Kipkoech vs Leo Maalim

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Nairobi Matiku, Nairobi,  taking place on 24/10/2025:

Clearly AI Kenya-Nairobi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shaquille Kipkoech (13 - 6(1)) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Leo Maalim(13 - 1) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Kipkoech and Maalim weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Birir, and the three ringside judges are Scott Merande, Leon Cassam and Noah Odoyo.
