Lew Kusterer vs Matthew Saomba

Boxing Daily Report from the Ten Bob Note Promotions promoted show at Koncerthuset, Copenhagen,  taking place on 28/11/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lew Kusterer (6(3) - 2) who hails from Winterthur, Switzerland and Matthew Saomba(8 - 9 - 1) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  Kusterer weighed in at 130 pounds, while Saomba weighed in at 129 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Viggo Andreassen, and the three ringside judges are Ulffr Karlsen, Karr Sund and Ingvar Brinkman.  

Round 1: 

Kusterer advances into close range.  Kusterer throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Saomba time to recover.

Saomba now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.
