Hugh Gwenn vs Paul Gittings

Boxing Daily Report from the Supreme Boxing Promotions promoted show at Supreme Gym, Worcester,  taking place on 13/11/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 4 round matchup are Hugh Gwenn (0 - 0) who hails from Virginia Beach, USA and Paul Gittings(0 - 1) from Seattle, USA.  Both Gwenn and Gittings weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Burt, and the three ringside judges are Bilal Elbaz, Charles Keath and Ian Noble.  

Round 1: 

Gwenn gets on the inside.  Gwenn backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Gittings is whaling away with hooks, but Gwenn keeps his defence tight.

Gittings pivots to the side of his opponent.  Gittings throws a right hook, but Gwenn ties up his opponent.  Gwenn is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Gwenn to stop fouling.  
Gittings is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Gwenn hits home with a cross.  
Gittings feints a left hook, but Gwenn is not fooled and responds with a right uppercut.  
Gwenn lands a cross to the head followed by a jab to the body.  
Gittings sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a cross.  
Gittings tries to step out of his opponents range.  Gwenn is on target with a jab.  
Gwenn is looking to close the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
Gwenn lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  As Gittings tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gwenn dabs at his face checking for damage.

Gwenn tries to land a left uppercut, but Gittings slips the shot and counters with a right hook.
