Dai Pohopohe vs Ian Hinshaw

Boxing Daily Report from the Simasiku Promotions promoted show at Auckland Pahau, Auckland,  taking place on 28/10/2025:

Clearly Simasiku Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Prime, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Dai Pohopohe (8 - 5 - 2) who hails from Waitakere, New Zealand and Ian Hinshaw(11 - 3(1) - 1(NC)) from Waitakere, New Zealand.  Both Pohopohe and Hinshaw weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alec Brisbane, and the three ringside judges are Corey Hopper, Dale Mostyn and Justin Kahukakanui.
