Zafa Mahdavi vs Asif Basher

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Federal Territory promoted show at Kuala Lumpur Hau, Kuala Lumpur,  taking place on 25/11/2025:

Clearly AI Malaysia-Federal Territory have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Federal Territory Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zafa Mahdavi (10 - 4 - 3) who hails from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Asif Basher(5 - 4 - 2) from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  Mahdavi weighed in at 147 pounds, while Basher weighed in at 146 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gazi Sinai, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Ishmael, Waqar Sabir and Amjad Hamdan.

The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Basher dabs at his face checking for damage.
