Rodrigo Maez vs Santiago Prados

Boxing Daily Report from the Ngwenya Promotions promoted show at Saltillo Prados, Saltillo,  taking place on 25/11/2025:

Clearly Ngwenya Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Mexico-Coahuila Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Rodrigo Maez (7 - 1) who hails from Torreon, Mexico and Santiago Prados(6 - 3) from Saltillo, Mexico.  Maez weighed in at 147 pounds, while Prados weighed in at 146 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Selestino Briones, and the three ringside judges are Vegas Lechuga, Santiago Macia and Montel Cassillas.
