Reynaldo Ylacad vs Quinto Zermeno

Boxing Daily Report from the Rooq Promotions promoted show at Cebu City Waterfront Hotel & Casino, Cebu City,  taking place on 31/12/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Reynaldo Ylacad (18(2) - 0) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Quinto Zermeno(9 - 5 - 2) from Pasig, Philippines.  Ylacad weighed in at 126 pounds, while Zermeno weighed in at 125 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is David Makalintal, and the three ringside judges are Porfio Larez, Carlos Dimanlig and Miguel Gannod.
