Alejandro Marques vs Guido Montemayor

Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Córdoba Parco, Córdoba,  taking place on 14/12/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Argentina-Córdoba Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alejandro Marques (14(7) - 0) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Guido Montemayor(13 - 1) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Both Marques and Montemayor weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Fausto Noyola, and the three ringside judges are Ponce Tinoco, Oro Sabedra and Jose Marroquin.  

Round 1: 

Marques closes the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.
