Connor Sharper vs Ollie Alexander

Boxing Daily Report from the Ace Boxing promoted show at Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff,  taking place on 03/01/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the British Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Connor Sharper (10 - 5) who hails from London, UK and Ollie Alexander(12 - 3 - 2) from London, UK.  Both Sharper and Alexander weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mark MacNevin, and the three ringside judges are Dale Carrick, Edwyn Brodie and Terry Lyons.  

Round 1: 

Sharper is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.
