Matthew Sean vs Roy Mullen

Boxing Daily Report from the All Talk Promotions promoted show at All Gym, Dublin,  taking place on 05/12/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Matthew Sean (6 - 0) who hails from Dundalk, Ireland and Roy Mullen(2 - 6 - 3) from Limerick, Ireland.  Sean weighed in at 118 pounds, while Mullen weighed in at 117 pounds and 3 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Nathan Fitzgerald, and the three ringside judges are Michael Corcoran, Sam McCaig and Sam McCaig.  

Round 1: 

Mullen steps to the outside and hits home with a cross.

Sean closes the distance and manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Sean pivots to the left of his opponent.  Mullen throws a left hook, but Sean clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Sean pushes his forearm into Mullen's face.  The referee warns Sean and breaks the clinch.  
Sean gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Sean clinches his opponent.  Sean leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Sean lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Sean holds on to his opponent.  Sean leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Sean's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Sean lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents body.
