Ryo Miki vs Mitsuru Takada

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Matsudo Seto, Matsudo,  taking place on 03/11/2025:

Clearly AI Japan-Chiba have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ryo Miki (9 - 3 - 1) who hails from Funabashi, Japan and Mitsuru Takada(3 - 2) from Chiba, Japan.  Both Miki and Takada weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jiro Tobe, and the three ringside judges are Jun Usui, Michi Anzai and Hajime Hino.  

Round 1: 

Takada lands a right uppercut.  
Miki switches the action to the outside and lands a cross.  
Takada manouvers Miki onto the ropes.  Takada quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Miki is on target with a right uppercut.
