Porfio Valdivieso vs Quinto Daan

Boxing Daily Report from the ADR Boxing promoted show at UST Sports Centre, Manila,  taking place on 27/11/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-NCR Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Porfio Valdivieso (14 - 5 - 3) who hails from Quezon City, Philippines and Quinto Daan(10 - 6 - 7) from Quezon City, Philippines.  Both Valdivieso and Daan weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Federico Buhain, and the three ringside judges are Dario Tioaquen, Wayne Linsangan and Santiago Mojica.  

Round 1: 

Valdivieso steps inside and lands a left hook.  
Daan is on target with a cross.  
Valdivieso is on target with a left uppercut.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Daan dabs at his face checking for damage.

Valdivieso attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Daan time to recover.

Daan sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut.  
Valdivieso closes the distance and connects with a left hook.
