Jozef Coetzee vs Dikembe Mokotjo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Soweto Hall, Soweto,  taking place on 01/12/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Africa-Gauteng Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jozef Coetzee (14(1) - 2 - 1) who hails from Roodepoort, South Africa and Dikembe Mokotjo(7 - 9(1) - 3) from Soweto, South Africa.  Coetzee weighed in at 234 pounds and 13 ounces, while Mokotjo weighed in at 230 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Tshepo Dikgacoi, and the three ringside judges are Barry Khuzwayo, Fraser Mulder and Michael Karabaja.
